Dr. Tunisha Singleton is a Media Psychologist and Consulting Partner at Reality Science LLC., the world’s first emergent technology consulting collective comprised of doctorates. With over 15 years of experience applying research to business practice, Dr. Singleton works to create synergy between psychology and media technology.

As a scholarly-practitioner, Dr. Singleton uses the tools of narrative, brand and organizational psychology to consult on various projects in the spaces of social advocacy, emerging technology and sports entertainment. To perform under these various streams, she works under the mantra that research can inform the design of content creation and audience engagement strategies. As an advocate for media being a conduit to social change, Dr. Singleton continues to work with cause marketing and military groups to boost their messages through storytelling and technology.

Dr. Singleton has an extensive background and wealth of experience blended across traditional entertainment production, digital media marketing, and emotional branding. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Santa Cruz in Film and Digital Media, her Master of Arts from San Diego State in TV, Film, New Media Production, and her Doctor of Philosophy from Fielding Graduate University in Media Psychology. She is also affiliated with WISE (Women in Sports and Entertainment), the American Psychological Association Division 46: Society of Media Psychology and Technology, and Division 47: Exercise and Sport Psychology.

With a passion for the vertical of sports media, Dr. Singleton specializes in digital communication within sports business and technology. Her current research focuses on how experiences are constructed with technology and the impact digital media has on fan identification and consumer behavior.
